Shower Filters

Chlorine is carcinogenic and can enter your body through your skin or by inhalation.  Two types of chlorine are in your city water: the more aggressive free chlorine and the more stable combined chlorine, or chloramines.  To neutralize free chlorine, the KDF shower filter is adequate.  To remove both types of chlorine, a Geneva shower filter or a whole house carbon filter is recommended.

KDF Showers Filters

SH-RS7

The Sprite High Output Massage Filter features Sprite's patented Chlorgon and KDF Media for removal of free chlorine from your shower water.  Shower head not included.

HOC-RSF-BR

The Sprite High Output All-Brass Shower Filter features Sprite's patented Chlorgon technology & KDF media to remove free chlorine from your shower.  Also available in stainless steel.  Shower head optional. 

Cartridge (HOC)

The Sprite High-Output Shower Filter Replacement Cartridge is designed to fit all Sprite High-Output shower filters. This cartridge contains 20 oz of KDF-55 and Chlorgon media. Cartridge life is 10,000 or 1 year depending on water quality and usage.

Geneva Shower Filter Sh-CC

The catalytic carbon “SH-CC” can remove both free chlorine and combined chlorine, or chloramines. It is quite large (4.5” x 11.5”) for a shower filter and can be tricky to install (dependent on your shower setup / plumbing).  We’ll be happy to give you advice, or, if you prefer, install it for you.
